Mohican Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation

    Mohican Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (MSM or MSMR), a division of Rehabilitative Associates, Inc., was established in 2000.  MSM is a physical therapist-owned practice providing contract rehabilitative services to outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, home health agencies, and MR/DD facilities. 

MSM also includes Mohican Rehabilitation Services (MRS), Mohican Therapy Group (MTG) and Rehab Associates, Inc. (RA).  

Mission Statement

    It is the mission of MSM to provide the highest quality therapy services available. We strive to provide friendly, efficient and skillful treatments which maximize functional outcome of the patient, and provide education to patients, families and facilities we serve. We will create goodwill in the community by running a fiscally sound business, and by providing community education, resources and servies which meet the physical and occupational therapy needs of the community.  We will maintain the highest levels of ethical practice and staff training to continue to provide a valuable knowledge base and service to our clients.
